Purpose: To play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships within our prestigious brand's aftersales division. Primarily responsible for managing customer interactions through various channels, with a significant focus on outbound & inbound calls and maintaining the correct customer details in our CRM System to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Job Responsibilities:Initiate outbound calls to existing customers for service appointment follow-ups, feedback collection, and ensuring satisfaction with Porsche aftersales services.Respond promptly to inbound inquiries regarding service schedules, vehicle maintenance, and service-related queries.Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, documenting interactions, feedback, and service history details.Update customer contact information regularly to facilitate effective communication.Collaborate closely with the service team to schedule appointments and ensure seamless service delivery.Address customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to relevant departments for resolution.Analyze data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and resource needs.Provide external connections for staff and handle internal queries via the switchboard.Occasionally fill in for principal clerical staff as needed.

· Diagnoses, repairs and replace vehicle components using the right special tools and following MG Guideline and IEM SOP.· Troubleshoot and diagnose all vehicle systems based on observation, mechanical testing, computerized diagnostic equipment’s as well as the information provided by customer and service history.· Perform wheel alignment, Wheel balancing and AC repair.· Provide accurate detailed warranty report and /or cash estimate for repair and parts replacement.· Continuously learns new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.· Communicating with Parts Advisor, Team Leader, Master technical, Workshop controller to order correct needed parts.· Determine the amount of work needed on the vehicle and communicate to workshop controller.· Identify any additional repair which was not specified in the job card and communicate to the Master technician or workshop controller.· Assist the workers in case any difficulties occur while performing their jobs.· Maintains an organized and neat bay.· Maintaining an inventory of normal Technician’s tools· Provide clear and simple write up of the task performed, highlight any comments, and inform superior in case of safety related comments.· Clock in/out to the assignee job order as per the standard procedure· Follow the superior instruction in line with Company SOP.· Maintain decent attitude and good appearance all the time.· Maintain company assets and ensure clean and organized work area.· Adhere with the health and safety procedure regulations.· Report to the Master technician any technical problems occur or safety related issue in vehicle.Perform other duties as requested by the Master technician.

· Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the GCC region with a focus on acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.· Identify key decision-makers within target accounts, build relationships at the executive level, and position our Cloud ERP Solution as the preferred choice for their business needs.· Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client challenges, and leverage insights to tailor solutions that address client pain points and drive value.· Lead negotiations, prepare and present proposals, and drive the contract closing process to secure new business opportunities, adhering to company policies and best practices.· Continuously monitor sales performance metrics, analyse pipeline data, and provide regular reporting to management on progress against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.· Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings, and proactively share insights with internal teams to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.· Represent our client at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility, build strategic partnerships, and generate leads.
