Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of AC technicians in carrying out installation, maintenance, and repair activities for the HVAC systems in the hospital.
Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure smooth execution of HVAC-related tasks within the hospital project.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance checks on AC units, air handlers, chillers, and ventilation systems to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Respond promptly to emergency AC repair requests and troubleshoot any malfunctions or breakdowns in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements performed on HVAC equipment.
Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives to optimize the hospital's HVAC systems' efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all HVAC operations.
Train and mentor AC technicians, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
Collaborate with procurement teams to source necessary AC spare parts and equipment.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HVAC technology trends and advancements in the healthcare industry.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an AC Supervisor, specifically handling Hospital Projects in the UAE.
Hold a Diploma or ITI in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems commonly used in hospital environments.
Familiarity with the regulations and guidelines governing HVAC operations in healthcare facilities.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and liaise with various stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Possess a valid UAE driving license.
Must be currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
