Roles & Responsibilities BlockDelta has been exclusively tasked with hiring a high calibre Head of Operations for a well-funded Crypto Casino project. Our client is seeking an experienced professional who has successful experience across the Crypto/Casino domains and who can bring a demonstrable track record to an already talented and impressive team. Responsibilities: Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission. Defining the strategy for casino and executing it together with other teams. Working directly with Co-Founders and senior teams. Motivate and lead teams to achieve objectives. Recommends policies, procedures and controls that safeguard assets and enhances operations. Recommends organizational structure enhancements. Ownership of the KPI definition and ex-post ROI for all the Casino campaigns to make sure that client is optimizing their spending. Oversee any product and game launch plans and ensure that project deadlines & key milestones are met. Setting up of segment levels and performing comprehensive database segmentation. Supporting BI to improve the reporting in order to spot on any possible angle of improvement. Identify new product and business opportunities by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Constant competitor analysis to make sure that the product offer is always top line. And best of all, working towards the collective goal of taking our client business & your career to the next level. Requirements: Minimum of 4-5 years work experience in progressive levels of casino operations (Head of Operations/Head of Casino or in a similar role) At least 2 years of casino operations’ management experience Extensive knowledge of casino and gaming operations/commission policies, procedures, and guidelines. Knowledge of crypto operations, and passion for the crypto space. Extensive knowledge of management and decision-making concepts, principles, and processes, and the ability to apply them properly and effectively. Resilient to working in a fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork skills Excellent written and spoken English Salary will be highly competitive. Priority given to candidates who are based in European / Middle East timezones.
