Position Summary
As a Manager of Feasibility Studies, you will utilize your business acumen to lead and manage market research engagements conducted by the team. You will collaborate with your team and other departments to develop solutions and strategies for the client's business, while identifying key risks and challenges that could be faced in the design and implementation of a holistic business strategy. You will be responsible for managing the client relationship, leading project teams, and delivering high-quality deliverables on time and within budget.
Qualifications: Economics / Business Management / Finance Graduate / CFA / MBA. Research and Business Consulting experience preferred.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
· Manage consulting and feasibility projects related to market research and financial feasibility (preferred not mandatory)
· Lead project teams and manage project delivery, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time and within budget
· Manage the client relationship and ensure client satisfaction
· Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data and insights on markets, industries, competitors, and customers
· Analyze data and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for clients
· Develop reports including market sizing, segmentation, targeting, and positioning
· Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations to clients
· Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts
· Mentor and coach junior team members and provide guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills
Desired Candidate Profile
· Minimum of 7 years of work experience in consulting or market research, with a focus on Market Research, Strategy, Market study
· Excellent skills linked to Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Word
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and information and develop actionable insights and recommendations
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients and stakeholders
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results
· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry experts
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
· Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements
