  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive ADAPTIV’s growth in the UAE market, focusing on sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, E-commerce, and automation.
  • Generate and qualify leads, build a healthy pipeline, and ensure a consistent flow of opportunities aligned with business targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and needs assessment to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure in collaboration with the Saudi office.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and procurement teams to understand client requirements and position ADAPTIV solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and implementation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote ADAPTIV’s brand and offerings.
  • Travel frequently to Saudi Arabia to engage with internal teams, support cross-border opportunities, and strengthen regional business alignment.
