Join us to work on challenges that redefine industries and can shape the future.Key ResponsibilitiesInnovation ScoutingIdentify emerging technologies through academic journals, conferences, open-source communities, and startup ecosystems.Connect with external labs and open-source communities to integrate cutting-edge capabilities.Integrate research findings from journals and conferences.R&D PrototypingDrive R&D initiatives across AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, IoT, biotechnology divisions and more.Design and build prototypes for novel systems (e.g., quantum-AI hybrid models, decentralized IoT networks, etc.).Translate theoretical concepts into functional prototypes, iterating from proof-of-concept to scalable solutions.Product DevelopmentDesign and build end-to-end production-grade systems using a variety of technologies.Optimize for scalability, security, and performance using modern tools (Python, TensorFlow, Rust, Solidity, etc.).Transition prototypes to production-grade solutions through rigorous testing and documentation.System ArchitectureBuild cloud-native (AWS/GCP/Azure) and edge-computing solutions with Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless frameworks.Architect fault-tolerant systems for high-throughput data processing.Ensure compliance with industry standards (HIPAA, GDPR) and future-proof designs.QualificationsEducation: Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Biotechnology, or related field.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, or Go for systems programming.Proficiency with Full-Stack development frameworks (including Java, NodeJS, etc.).Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Qiskit, or Hyperledger.Familiarity with quantum computing tools (Cirq, PennyLane) and IoT platforms (Arduino, AWS IoT Core).Cloud deployment (Kubernetes, Terraform) and DevOps/MLOps workflows.Experience:5+ years in R&D, product development, or systems engineering.Track record of shipping scalable deep tech products/prototypes.Demonstrated expertise in one or more focus areas (AI, Web3, quantum, etc.).Soft Skills:Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.Strong communication for cross-functional collaboration.Problem-solving mindset with a bias for actionable innovation.
