Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Sharjah. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Additional responsibilities include developing and sustaining employer branding initiatives and collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
