Roles & Responsibilities
1. Formulation of strategies to build brand, product via social and digital media platforms.
2. Thorough knowledge on Meta Business Suite Management, Google (Search, Shopping, Display network, Ads) marketing systems.
3. Well adept in soliciting third party digital marketing solution for programmatic, influencer and publisher content.
4. Be dynamic and aware of the ever-changing Digital Marketing area and advise changes to maximize benefit and safety.
5. Be able to plan ahead on Social Media crisis, ways to avoid the crisis and be an advocate to generate awareness on such issues.
6. Plan and monitor the ongoing brand presence, ads and campaigns running on digital media.
7. Plan and execute optimized online adverts along with monitoring the google reviews.
8. Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.) and website conversion betterment.
9. Supervise online newsletters and promotional emails and their distribution through various channels.
10. Provide unique ideas for content marketing and update websites.
11. Collaborate with Retail department, content builder(s), graphic and web designers to continuously improve user experience.
12. Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools (Hootsuite, Google Analytics etc.).
13. Maintain partnerships with media agencies and negotiate for better 3rd party media buying costs.
14. Ecommerce management and market the same through campaigns.
