Roles & Responsibilities Provide pre-concept visions and concept sketches for the landscape and urban space of new inhouse development projects · Present / discuss design ideas with management team · Work collaboratively with the design team to develop design at a landscape master planning level. Coordinate with internal disciplines and manage the activities of consultants and sub-consultants for the delivery of projects Manage projects through all aspects of the design process, specifically at the early design stage and or the technical design stages. · Co-ordinating with construction, marketing, commercial, legal and government affairs departments where necessary. · Developing project plans, including budget estimates, timelines, and resource requirements. Contribute to feasibility studies and evaluate the practicality of design concepts. · Select appropriate plant species based on climate, soil, and design requirements. · Possess a strong understanding of soft landscape specifications · The candidate shall have experience in designing (including construction supervision) of the irrigation network including primary and secondary line, up to the final fixtures. · Ability to sketch quick concepts and work with consultants / contractors to achieve the desired results Desired Candidate Profile · Ability to run a design process from pre-conceptual design through to final design with an understanding of production techniques, procedures, and standards. An understanding of key design related computer programs such as Revit, Adobe suites and 3D modelling software such as Sketch Up and Lumion · 8+ Years of continuous employment within the profession of Landscape Architecture.
