Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts and budgets.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and trends to provide accurate and timely information to management for decision-making.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the organization has sufficient funds for its operations.
- Work with tax professionals to optimize the organization's tax position.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making by the management team.
- Collaborate with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to manage financial aspects of contracts, payments, and negotiations.
- Supervise and lead the finance team, providing guidance, training, and support.
