Provide pre-concept visions and concept sketches for the landscape and urban space of new inhouse development projects

· Present / discuss design ideas with management team

· Work collaboratively with the design team to develop design at a landscape master planning level.

Coordinate with internal disciplines and manage the activities of consultants and sub-consultants for the delivery of projects

Manage projects through all aspects of the design process, specifically at the early design stage and or the technical design stages.

· Co-ordinating with construction, marketing, commercial, legal and government affairs departments where necessary.

· Developing project plans, including budget estimates, timelines, and resource requirements. Contribute to feasibility studies and evaluate the practicality of design concepts.

· Select appropriate plant species based on climate, soil, and design requirements.

· Possess a strong understanding of soft landscape specifications

· The candidate shall have experience in designing (including construction supervision) of the irrigation network including primary and secondary line, up to the final fixtures.

· Ability to sketch quick concepts and work with consultants / contractors to achieve the desired results
