Roles & Responsibilities
· Deep experience in digital product development and marketing ideally in a digital banking environment
· Exceptional problem skills and data-driven product decision-making; may go beyond application of existing know-how
· Ability to understand product metrics and make decisions based on them
· Experience with designing creative, quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
· Experience in launching a product and managing a live product
· Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence
· Thought leadership and ability to influence at all levels in the organization
