Strong experience in UX design.

• Advanced understanding of the TRA guidelines and the service delivery methods of government websites.
• Experience of implementing similar government websites.
• Fluency in best practices for website information architecture and design.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design and interaction design principles.
• Knowledge of industry tools: Presentation programs (Keynote, PowerPoint); UX design programs (Sketch, Adobe XD); analytics tracking tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Portfolio of UX - focused work samples for website.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Knowledge in UAE and Islamic culture design is preferred.
• The supplier is requested to quote us for 6 months outsource staff with breakdown on monthly bases.
• Proven work experience as a UI Designer or similar role
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
• 5+ years of proven experience in HTML5 , CSS3, Java Script, JQuery and Bootstrap
• Practical exposure and experience working in a development of CSS pre-processors such as SASS/LESS.
• Well experienced in designing multi lingual, responsive websites.
• Familiarity with front-end development frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation
• Deep knowledge of design principles for Web solutions (including Responsive Design AND Browsers compatibility)
• Knowledge of TRA design standards for governmental entities in the UAE is preferred.
