Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- 4 to 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the hospitality or related industry.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.- Familiarity with CRM software and sales-related tools.- Flexibility to travel as required.
