Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant Assistant to support daily accounting operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have basic accounting knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a valid UAE driving license to assist with banking, government transactions, and company errands when required

Key Responsibilities


Accounting Duties

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers

  • Prepare and record daily journal entries

  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Prepare invoices and follow up on payments

  • Reconcile bank statements and petty cash

  • Assist in VAT preparation and filing

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents

  • Coordinate with auditors when required


Administrative Responsibilities


  • Manage office documentation and filing systems

  • Draft letters, emails, and official correspondence

  • Handle supplier communications and purchase orders

  • Maintain employee records and attendance reports

  • Assist in preparing contracts and LPOs

  • Coordinate with government departments when required

  • Support HR functions such as visa processing documentation

  • Monitor office supplies and procurement
