Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant Assistant to support daily accounting operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have basic accounting knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a valid UAE driving license to assist with banking, government transactions, and company errands when required
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
Prepare and record daily journal entries
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare invoices and follow up on payments
Reconcile bank statements and petty cash
Assist in VAT preparation and filing
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Maintain proper filing of financial documents
Coordinate with auditors when required
Administrative Responsibilities
Manage office documentation and filing systems
Draft letters, emails, and official correspondence
Handle supplier communications and purchase orders
Maintain employee records and attendance reports
Assist in preparing contracts and LPOs
Coordinate with government departments when required
Support HR functions such as visa processing documentation
Monitor office supplies and procurement
