Administrative Duties:

• Maintain and update store records, sales logs, and inventory databases.
• Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, and documentation for medicine procurement.
• Ensure all licenses, certificates, and compliance documents are up-to-date.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.

Sales Coordination:

• Assist the sales team with order processing, billing, and customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate between sales team and delivery/logistics personnel.
• Maintain and update customer records and account information.
• Support in preparing sales reports and performance data for management review.
• Provide product information and availability details to walk-in and call-in customers.
