Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, manuals, and application guides.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the company's pump products.
- Preparing offer for spare parts for fire pump set packages, diesel engine, pumps, controller and accessories.
- Handling service complaint.
- Contacting OEM's, suppliers, Dealers for special requirement.
