We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Architect to lead our architectural department within our real estate company. As the Head Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our projects, ensuring design excellence, and overseeing the architectural aspects of our developments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring our vision to life and create spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. job location will be MG Road, Gurgaon. Architectural Leadership:

• Managing a team of architects and designers, providing them with direction on projects and innovative solutions that align with company goals and project requirements.
• Providing leadership to the design team, collaborating with other members of the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure that architectural designs are in line with local regulations, codes, and zoning laws.
• Coordinating with clients to determine design requirements, including reviewing sketches and models with the client
• Reviewing client proposals and providing feedback on designs
• Participating in design development meetings with clients to discuss design concepts and revisions
• Communicating with clients to determine project requirements and develop designs that meet those requirements
• Designing technology architecture that aligns with enterprise standards, processes, procedures, and targets
• Making technology choices and being responsible for the quality and implementation of designs.

Project Management:

• Oversee all phases of architectural projects, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Design Development:

• Develop initial design concepts and sketches, translating ideas into visual representations that address client needs and preferences.
• Foster a balance between creativity and practicality, considering functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the architectural team, including architects, designers, and drafters.
• Delegate tasks, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to ensure the team's growth and performance.

Innovation and Research:

• Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, technologies, and materials, and integrate innovative ideas into design concepts.
• Explore sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions to align with environmental goals.
