Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited university.

Minimum 5 years of experience in evaluating the architectural condition of buildings.

Practical experience in building operations and management (Facility & Property Management).

Good knowledge of the local building code and administrative operation manual for government buildings.

Proficiency in using architectural inspection and documentation tools (models, reports, photography).
