Roles & Responsibilities

Candidate shall be responsible for managing the day-to-day Sales and Operations, covering the following market segment:

1. Infrastructure Contractors

2. Civil Building Contractors

3. Telecom Turnkey Contractors

Product Coverage:

1. Ductile Iron and GRP Manhole Covers for Telecom/ Municipalities / Utilities

2. uPVC / HDPE Pipes

3. Construction Safety Items and Tools

4. Passive Connectivity Products

Desired Candidate Profile

· Candidate should have good communication skills and ability to learn

· Candidate should have direct selling experience with Trading House dealing in OSP Products / Construction related/ Connectivity products to Infrastructure and building Contractors in UAE

· Should have experience in preparation of Bids and Submittals for the customers / consultants based in UAE

· Should have experience in direct selling to Building and Infrastructure Contractors in UAE

· The applicant must have had Sales-Order Booking & Revenue/Billing Targets of not less than AED 8 to 10 Million as part of their KRA in their current role.

· The candidate should have ideally handled direct Sales & Business development functions of at least two or more of the following product categories/segments –

a) OSP /Industrial product like Man Hole covers, Precast chambers, Safety Gear, Tools etc

b) GRP/FRP Chambers & Covers

c) Optical Fiber Cables & FTTx products & accessories

d) Structured Cabling & Data center Products

e) Electrical Products & Accessories
