1. Implement appropriate strategies/initiatives to successfully convert the leads into business opportunities
2. Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to PO receipt
3. Perform regular Market Analysis and Prospecting to identify new clients and opportunities
4. Submit periodic reports to senior management on business, competitor and others
5. Establish sales and revenue objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas as well as projecting revenues for existing and new products
6. Coordinate sales forecasting, planning and budgeting process within the organization
7. Attend relevant industry events and represent OMA
8. Ensure clear and transparent communication between the internal and external(customer/client) teams to ensure expectation alignment
9. Develop new relationships with prospective targets and maintain excellent professional relationships with existing clients
