Position: Paint Mixer
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience
Salary Range: 300 KWD – 550 KWD (based on experience and skill level)

Responsibilities:

• Mix automotive paint colors accurately according to vehicle manufacturer specifications.
• Prepare paint formulas, match colors, and adjust tones to achieve perfect color accuracy.
• Maintain paint mixing equipment, tools, and the paint room in proper working condition.
• Ensure all paint materials are stored safely and labeled correctly.
• Inspect paint quality, viscosity, and consistency before releasing to painters.
• Record and update paint formulas, inventory usage, and material stock levels.
• Support painters by providing correct paint mixtures and assisting with troubleshooting color issues.
• Follow safety standards regarding chemicals, hazardous materials, and workshop guidelines.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure paint matches meet company standards.
• Cooperate with the body shop team to meet project deadlines and customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience as an automotive paint mixer.
• Strong knowledge of paint systems, color matching, tinting, and mixing procedures.
• Ability to use digital color-matching tools and manual techniques.
• Knowledge of paint viscosity control, drying times, and application compatibility.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in mixing formulas.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and time management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality output.
