Position: Auto Technician
Experience: Minimum 5 years GCC experience
Salary Range: 300 KWD – 550 KWD (based on experience and skill level)

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in various vehicle models.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake servicing, suspension work, and engine tuning.
• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify faults and recommend necessary repairs.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot engine, transmission, and electronic system issues.
• Repair or replace defective parts, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
• Perform test drives to confirm repair accuracy and vehicle performance.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer standards and company quality guidelines.
• Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and reports.
• Keep tools and workspace clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Follow workshop safety procedures and comply with all environmental and technical standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years GCC experience as an Auto Technician.
• Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic systems.
• Skilled in operating diagnostic equipment and using repair manuals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
