Workshop Controller -need any suitable candidate with experience with Chinese/Japanese brands –

• Measuring and monitoring workshop Mu value skill matrix = utilisation and efficiency
• Understanding strength and weakness of technician ins accordingly assign jobs card and ensure smooth workflow optimisation.
• Ensure job cards and wip writeups and clocking is according to dealer // manufacturer standards.
• Strong man management skills
• Workshop cleanliness dealer standards are maintained.
• Web based training schedules (WBT) monthly training session’s is completed.
• Workshop inventory in coordination with to tool keeper is consistent and met records are kept.
• Aware audit points on business , manufacturer, and dealer standards (plus points )
• Daily workshop / Bodyshop quotation is complete in accordance labour codes .
• Effective communication skills with team leader and service reception / service advisors.
• Effective car park vor status control.
