Job Brief:
Shuraa is currently hiring for its vertical Shuraa Tax and Accounting. We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our dynamic Business Development team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with businesses and corporates. This position involves B2B sales activities and closing deals in the tax and accounting sector.
Job Responsibilities:
• Prospect, identify, and target potential clients in the tax and accounting industry through market research and networking efforts.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within target companies.
• Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our tax and accounting solutions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with prospective clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment of expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition and implementation of solutions post sale.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the tax and accounting sector.
• Strong understanding of tax and accounting principles, regulations, and industry practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and inter personal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver results.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
