Roles & Responsibilities
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and Arabic specialties.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, including restocking supplies and cleaning utensils.
- Handle cash and process customer payments accurately.
- Follow recipes and customer preferences to create customized beverages.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and be able to make recommendations to customers.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Assist with food preparation and serve pastries and other food items as needed.
