We are seeking vibrant and passionate Baristas and Customer Service staff including Cashiers to join our innovative team. The ideal candidates will be the face of our brand and be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Job Title: Barista

Location: Sharjah, Dubai

Work Type: Full Time (Rotational)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday

Salary: 2200 AED – 2500 AED

Benefits: Over-time Compensation + Basic Insurance

Visa: Employment Visa

Responsibilities - Barista:

· Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages, including specialty drinks.

· Ensure consistent beverage preparation, verifying that recipes are followed and equipment is operated correctly.

· Consistently maintain high quality production of all brews.

· Create visually appealing coffee presentations, including basic latte art.

· Maintain Cleanliness and Organization of the workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

· Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS (point of sale) system.

Requirements - Barista:

· Must have at least 1 year of proven experience in the UAE as a Barista.

· Basic knowledge of coffee preparation, including espresso-based drinks.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced work environment.

· Strong attention to details and a flair for creativity.

· Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.

Job Title: Customer Service/Cashier

Location: Sharjah, Dubai

Salary: 2000 AED – 2200 AED

Responsibilities - Cashier:

· Accurately take and process orders, ensuring all customer preferences are captured.

· Manage cash and card transactions efficiently, balancing the cash register at the end of shifts.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter and surrounding areas, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment.

· Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries about menu items, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.

· Work closely with baristas and other staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.

Requirements - Cashier:

· Must have at least 1 year of proven experience in Customer Service in the UAE and possess a strong ability to interact positively with customers, address their needs, and ensure satisfaction.

· Familiarity with operating Point-of-Sale (POS) systems for efficient and accurate order processing.

· Excellent verbal communication to effectively assist customers and collaborate with team members.

· Proficiency in handling cash, giving correct change, and reconciling cash registers at the end of shifts.

· Ability to process orders accurately and ensure customer preferences are met.

· Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
