Job Summary

We’re looking for a skilled and friendly Barista who can prepare high-quality beverages and create a welcoming experience for customers. The ideal candidate understands coffee, works well under pressure, and takes pride in cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to standard

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment properly

• Take customer orders accurately and handle payments

• Maintain cleanliness of the counter, machines, and seating area

• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista preferred

• Knowledge of espresso extraction and milk steaming

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math skills for handling cash and POS systems

• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
