The BIM Coordinator is responsible for managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across construction projects to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards. This role acts as a bridge between the design and construction teams, ensuring that all BIM deliverables support the project's planning, coordination, and execution phases

• Coordinate and manage BIM models from design through construction phases.
• Ensure that models adhere to the project-specific BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Facilitate clash detection and resolution using tools like Navisworks, Revit, or similar.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure model accuracy and alignment.
• Support project teams in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings and manage model updates.
• Produce and manage 3D and 4D construction sequences to aid project planning.
• Develop and maintain BIM libraries, templates, and documentation.
• Assist in training staff on BIM processes, tools, and protocols.
• Ensure project BIM documentation is up-to-date and properly archived.
