Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement BIM strategies and standards for MEP projects in accordance with industry best practices.
Manage and oversee the BIM modeling and coordination process for MEP projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve design and construction issues using BIM technology.
Train and mentor team members on BIM software and workflows to improve overall project performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and trends to continuously improve processes and deliverables.
Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of BIM models and data.
Review and evaluate BIM models and clash detection reports to identify and resolve conflicts and discrepancies.
Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure accuracy and consistency of BIM deliverables.
Assist in the development and implementation of BIM-related workflows, templates, and documentation.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BIM software and tools.
