Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the Bobst Folder/Gluer machine to produce high-quality, complex boxes, ensuring precise alignment, folding, and glue application.
• Adjust and customize fold and glue patterns based on job specifications, adapting machine settings to meet each project’s unique requirements.
• Calibrate, program, and fine-tune the machine to accommodate various box styles, optimizing for both efficiency and quality control.
• Continuously monitor production, making real-time adjustments as needed to ensure that each box meets specified customer standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct preventive measures to reduce machine downtime and ensure consistent performance.
• Collaborate closely with quality control teams to inspect completed products, verifying adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
