Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch operations, including corporate travel services, customer service, and administration
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic planning and client retention
• Ensure compliance with company policies, travel regulations, and service standards
• Manage and mentor a team of travel consultants and support staff
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and suppliers
