- Develop and implement brand strategy, tone of voice, and storytelling across platforms
- Lead integrated campaigns across product launches, events, promotions, and seasonal moments
- Collaborate with R&D, Creative, and Digital teams to bring new menu items to life
- Conduct market and trend research to identify white space opportunities
- Drive pricing and promotion strategy in collaboration with operations
- Manage agency partners across creative production and research initiatives
- Build feasibility studies and business cases for new channels like Catering, Events, and D2C Website/App and more
- Lead event partnership strategy (e.g. sports leagues, concerts) and align execution with Trade Marketing
- Set KPIs, monitor brand performance, and deliver actionable insights and reporting
- Ensure consistent cross-functional alignment with Product Development, Trade Marketing, Digital, and Operations
