Marketing Concepts & Go-to-Market: creative ideas, channel strategy, content frameworks, PR & influencer approach, quarterly activation plans.
Market Analytics: desk research for MENA/GCC, competitive analysis, benchmarks, segmentation, ICP/personas/JTBD, CJM.
Marketing Financial Model: goal setting and KPI trees, budgeting, CAC/LTV, ROMI, attribution methodology, hypothesis building and prioritization.
Media Planning : budget allocation across channels, goal setting, channel roles, high-level media mix (no manual campaign setup).
Reporting & Insights: data interpretation, recommendations for optimization.
