Job Title: BA cum Test Lead

Key Skills:

• Trade Finance (Finastra TI-Plus) - mandatory
• SWIFT Payments (ISO 20022) - mandatory
• Business Analysis & Testing

Role & Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

• Gather, Analyze, and document business requirements for Trade Finance and SWIFT Payments.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Provide functional insights on Finastra TI-Plus and ISO 20022 messaging standards.
• Prepare BRD, FSD, and other documentation.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Trade Finance and SWIFT Payment workflows.
• Perform SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing with a focus on functional and integration testing.
• Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution coordination.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
• Work with IT and vendor teams to ensure successful implementation and testing.
• Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams to ensure seamless communication.

Process Improvement & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with SWIFT ISO 20022 standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
