1. SFDC BA (Sales / Service/Loyalty)
a. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize Salesforce requirements.
b. Translate business needs into functional specifications for Sales, Service, Automotive, and or Loyalty Cloud solutions.
c. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
d. Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
e. Support UAT, training, and change management activities.
