We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Associate to join our team at IES Consulting, a leading security & ICT consultancy based in Dubai. Since 2006, we have completed over 10,000 projects for some of the top companies in the region, including Dubai Holdings, Emaar, Jumeirah Group and many more.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional eager to gain hands-on sales experience and grow into a senior business development.

As a Business Development Associate at IES, you will be expected to:

• Follow up on proposals sent to prospective clients, ensuring momentum in the sales process.
• Conduct outbound outreach to new potential clients, qualifying opportunities and setting up meetings.
• Assist with CRM management, keeping track of leads, follow-ups, and pipeline updates.
• Prepare sales materials such as presentations, proposals, and client reports.
• Support the sales team by gathering market intelligence, identifying potential business opportunities, and attending industry events.
