We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Arabic-speaking Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our IT services and solutions across the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the IT services and solutions sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create customized solutions for clients.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to generate leads and build visibility.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in business development or sales within the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT services such as software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
