Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive supports the company’s growth by identifying potential clients, evaluating market opportunities, and assisting in the development of strategic initiatives. The role focuses on lead generation, research, coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Market Research & Lead Generation
· Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential markets.
· Generate and qualify leads through outreach, online research, and networking.
· Maintain an updated database of prospects
Client Engagement
· Support initial contact with potential clients and partners.
· Schedule meetings, prepare introductory presentations, and follow up on outreach activities.
· Assist in maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
Proposal & Documentation Support
· Prepare business proposals, quotations, and basic contract drafts.
· Assist in creating sales presentations, pitch materials, and marketing content.
· Ensure proper documentation of all activities, deals, and client communications.
Coordination & Collaboration
· Work closely with the Business Development Manager and other internal teams.
· Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance to support project execution.
· Provide input on business development strategies and improvement initiatives.
Reporting
· Prepare regular reports on leads, ongoing opportunities, and pipeline progress.
· Track KPIs and support performance analysis for the business development function.
