We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for outsourced manpower services in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new clients and secure outsourced manpower projects

• Conduct meetings with company HR and management teams

• Negotiate manpower supply contracts and service agreements

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for manpower deployment

Requirements:

• 3–5 years experience in manpower outsourcing or recruitment business development

• Good knowledge of the Saudi market

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to achieve business targets

• English required (Arabic preferred)
