· Process all reservations on behalf of clients and handle ticketing and invoicing queries.
· Taking complete ownership of fulfilling clients’ immediate travel requirements.
· Selling / Constructing airfares from multiple sources including published fares, ad hoc fares, inter-office, and buying from third parties.
· Calculate and quote fare based on stated client needs and assist them with problem-solving and looking at alternative routes when the need arises.
· Ensuring timely reporting of documents
· Handle unforeseen problems and complaints with courtesy and understanding.
· Ensure compliance with the company’s procedure for documentation, ticketing, voids, refunds, etc.
· Queue management: Monitoring queues and working on them daily.
· Nurture client relationships based on trust, dependability, and reliability.
