- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to understand project requirements.
- Develop and write CNC programs for milling, turning, and other machining processes using CAD/CAM software.
- Optimize CNC programs to improve machine run time, quality, and efficiency.
- Perform testing and validation of programs before implementation.
- Create setup sheets and tooling instructions for CNC operators.
- Maintain and manage program revisions and documentation.
- Provide technical support to CNC operators and troubleshoot issues.
- Stay updated on the latest CAD/CAM software and machining techniques.
