As a Campaign Planning Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing tactical campaigns to drive sales performance and stock optimization. You will work closely with the Product & Pricing team to design proactive and reactive campaigns, ensuring market competitiveness and profitability. Through collaboration with internal stakeholders and brand principals, you will maximize customer demand and enhance the effectiveness of sales campaigns.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement quarterly tactical product campaigns to achieve volume and profit objectives
• Monitor competitor offers and industry trends to design data-driven campaigns
• Track campaign budgets and assess effectiveness to maximize ROI
• Work with Brand General Managers, Operations Managers, and Marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals
• Measure key success metrics (e.g., showroom traffic, conversion rates) and implement improvements
