• Wash, clean, and polish vehicle interiors and exteriors
• Ensure all cleaning meets company standards and safety policies
• Inspect and maintain detailing tools
• Apply protective coatings (wax, ceramic, etc.)
• Ensure high-quality finishing
• Check for quality issues and improve service when needed
• Monitor staff efficiency to optimize resources and reduce costs
• Report any vehicle issues to the line manager
• Oversee product usage and ensure procedures are followed
• Train new employees and ensure they understand their tasks
• Maintain discipline, including uniform, behavior, and punctuality
• Take on additional responsibilities as required
• Set performance goals with the line manager and work towards achieving them
• Identify training needs and attend required sessions to improve skills
