A leading landscaping company in the UAE seeks an experienced carpentry supervisor / lead for its projects across the UAE.

The candidate, if selected, would be leading the carpentry team or unit across the UAE.

• Construct and install outdoor structures such as decks, fences, gazebos, pergolas, and retaining walls
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine materials and tools required
• Provide estimates and select the choice of wood, materials based on the specifications.
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or marking gauges
• Cut, shape, and join wood, composite materials, and other materials using hand and power tools
• Install and maintain irrigation systems and outdoor lighting
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Communicate with clients to ensure their needs and preferences are met and to provide guidance and recommendations
