This is a full-time on-site role for a Channel Sales Executive located in Dubai. The Channel Sales Executive will be responsible for managing channel partners, building and maintaining relationships with them, driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will involve engaging with partners and customers to understand their needs, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities.
- Train and educate channel partners on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective channel marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
- Negotiate and close channel sales agreements and contracts.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with channel partners.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential channel partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in channel sales.
