Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the global marketing strategy for a tech company, which specializes in providing payment solutions, iGaming white-label services, and iGaming platforms. This is a key leadership role that will drive business growth through global client acquisition and engagement in the competitive iGaming industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract clients worldwide. The role will involve both digital and offline marketing efforts, establishing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Global Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to target clients in the iGaming and payment solutions space.
- Position the company as a leader in the industry by identifying trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
Client Acquisition & Business Development:
- Identify and engage with potential clients across the globe through targeted outreach campaigns.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and gaming operators, platforms, and payment solution providers.
- Lead marketing efforts to onboard interested parties in various regions, ensuring a customized approach to each market.
Gaming Conferences & Events:
- Represent the company at major gaming conferences and exhibitions around the world.
- Plan and manage company presence, including setting up kiosks, speaking engagements, and networking opportunities to generate leads and showcase offerings.
- Foster connections with industry stakeholders and expand the company’s global network.
Brand Management & Promotion:
- Lead the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and case studies to effectively promote the company’s iGaming and payment solutions.
- Develop digital campaigns, including content marketing, SEO, social media, and paid advertising to reach potential clients.
- Build and maintain the company’s brand reputation in the global market.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Work cross-functionally with the product, sales, and development teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and sales strategies.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Set KPIs and marketing goals, regularly analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
