We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Structural Designer with experience in onshore civil structural, building, and underground modelling. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and practical aptitude in modelling, drawing extraction, and development, with hands-on experience using key software tools such as S3D, PDMS, AVEVA E3D, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify 3D models for civil structural, building, and underground projects, ensuring accurate representation of structures and foundations.
• Use S3D, PDMS, AVEVA E3D, SP3D, Smart Sketch, AutoCAD, and other software tools for modelling, drawing extraction, and clash checking.
• Conduct 3D model reviews for clash detection and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare material requisitions for structural materials and manage Material Take Offs (MTOs) for civil and other works.
• Model and detail structures such as pipe racks, technological structures (process structures), platforms, shelters, equipment foundations, and underground networks.
• Coordinate with various disciplines, team members, project management teams, and other work-share offices to ensure project success.
• Ensure that modelling and detailing work aligns with project timelines and deliverables.
• Review vendor drawings and provide feedback for integration into the project design.
• Collaborate in basic, conceptual, FEED, EPC, and EPIC project phases to meet project requirements.
• Be proactive in problem-solving and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy in modelling tasks.
