We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Site engineer (civil) cum client representative for our factory construction project at KSA.

• Managing and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• To coordinate with in house Technical Site Team, Main contractor and report to Project manager.
• Preparing DPR and follow up with main contractors to finish project as per agreed schedule.
• Providing technical guidance and support to main contractor.
• Resolving any construction-related issues or disputes that may arise at Site as well as in the documentation.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Performing quality control inspections and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Keeping up to date with industry standard, Building specification, regulations, and best practices.
• Handling of authorities through main contractor representative and client appointed local contractors
