We need Civil Supervisor with minimum 10 years’ experience to join immediately our Bahrain Office.

• Supervise and coordinate civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations.
• Oversee the work of subcontractors and laborers, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
• Conduct site inspections to identify any issues or potential risks.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve design or construction issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement necessary safety measures.
• Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and change orders.
• Provide guidance and support to construction teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and goals.
